Herein the Center on Juvenile and Criminal Justice retains all copyrights to articles and materials published. The same principles of fair use apply to printed publication as well as individuals. JPJ can be read online and downloaded for strictly personal use. They may not be copied for other individuals or organizations for resale or profit. JPJ encourages the inclusion of the web addresses (URL's) in other electronic or printed documents, but the text itself may not be published in either medium.
