Throughout its history, the Center on Juvenile and Criminal Justice has conducted premier research and policy analysis promoting more effective approaches to criminal and juvenile justice issues in the United States.
CJCJ has published numerous reports on topics ranging from juvenile justice reform to analyses of drug policy enforcement. CJCJ was the first organization to issue a comprehensive analysis on the impact of legally enforced curfews on youth crime rates, and one of the first to report on the impact of the Three-Strikes law on crime rates.
