CJCJ policy team joins over 140 community members from across California to take part in Y.O.U.T.H day at the Capitol.

Youth power meets at the Capitol to challenge misconceptions about crime while building up young leaders. CJCJ supports the All Youth Are Sacred: Community Safety Through Youth Power state fellowship.

CJCJ supports the Love Unity Narrative Action (L.U.N.A.) film festival, and educational, community-centered event organized by The Justice Reinvestment Coalition of Alameda County.

CJCJ and UC Berkeley students co-host an event April 17th, 2024 focused on the school-to-prison pipeline and its impact today. A film screening was followed by an inter-generational panel discussion.
