The Leaders in Community Alternatives, Inc., is looking for an Assistant Program Director to operate the Community Assessment and Services Center (CASC) in partnership with the San Francisco Adult Probation Department (San Francisco, CA). The CASC one stop” program will provide an array of services including comprehensive supervision, substance abuse education and treatment, personal development, education, parenting, vocational and employment services, and other services that build clients’ self efficacy and self sufficiency, to approximately 600 men, women, and transgender clients each year. CASC seeks to reduce recidivism and increase public safety by providing clients with transformative and motivational opportunities and support that will help clients successfully exit the criminal justice system.
