Next Generation Fellowship (NGF) launches its 7th cohort in Sacramento, CA. NGF is a leadership development and policy advocacy training for formerly incarcerated and justice-involved individuals.

Led by formerly incarcerated individuals and their loved ones, Q4D brings together hundreds of youth, families, advocates, and justice-impacted leaders from across California.

CJCJ mourns the loss of one of its pioneering founders and and exceptional leader, Abu Qadir Al-Amin.

CJCJ and UC Berkeley students co-host an event April 17th, 2024 focused on the school-to-prison pipeline and its impact today. A film screening was followed by an inter-generational panel discussion.
