Los Angeles Times columnist Anita Chabria recently spoke with CJCJ’s Maureen Washburn for a piece on Proposition 36, and problems regarding its treatment mandated felonies”. Maureen is our Senior Policy Manager, and the author of Prop 36 Promised Treatment. It’s Delivering Incarceration.
